Welcome & Thank you for choosing to get LaidbyLilia! 💅🏼🤍 Before you book, please read the following: My booking site opens on the 22nd of each month. *Mask are optional during the duration of your appointment. *Please wash your hands before your service. Standard requirements: Please come with your nails bare if you are getting a new set. I do offer soak offs as a service. If you need a soak off please add that to your appointment when making it. If the designs & art on your nails are mostly acrylic, then you will have to get a new set. Ombré style acrylic sets are able to get balanced or filled in. For a standard acrylic full set, you can have up to 3 balances (fill-ins). After your 3rd balance you will have to soak your nails off & schedule for a new full set. This is to ensure that your nail beds stay clean & sanitized & to prevent damage or pain when the acrylic gets old & worn down. Make sure to book accordingly. My time is limited, please book all services you would like to get done within your appointment. Please do not look past the add ons section, it will help determine the duration of time for your appointment.What you do not book will NOT be performed, this is to ensure your appointment does not run into another clients scheduled time. I do NOT take same day appointments. I do offer pedicure services. If you would like a pedicure with your nail appointment please select pedicure in the add ons section when booking. If you book an appointment for a balance (fill-in) on a set that was NOT done by me then an automatic $10 charge will be added to your service. If you need an appointment outside of my normal work hours, it will be an additional $50 on top of your services. If you would like to send me a reference picture to get an estimated price, you can send it to 614-271-3411. Please text me with your name, time & date of your appointment. These phone hours are from 10am to 6:30pm. Please DO NOT call me. Thank you! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE $25 deposit. This payment is non transferable & will go towards your service. Deposits are only to be paid by the booking site. *I do not “pre-book.” All of your booking & scheduling needs are within my booking site Remainder of the payment will be due at the end of your service in these forms of payment: Cash • Zelle • Apple Pay • Square(card) Late Policy After 10 minutes of your original appointment time, you will be charged a $20 late fee on top of your service. After 15 minutes of your original appointment time, you will have to reschedule & you forfeit your $25 deposit. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do so in your confirmation email. You can cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment. If you miss the deadline, your $25 deposit WILL NOT go towards your next appointment. You will need to make a new appointment that requires a new deposit. Same day cancellations will be charged a $55 inconvenience fee & you forfeit your $25 deposit. You will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid. This does NOT go towards your new appointment deposit. In the event that a no call no show takes place, the card on file will be charged a 50% inconvenience fee on top of the $25 deposit that was forfeited at booking. No call no shows will be BANNED from any further bookings.
